From the New York State Thruway - Eastbound:
Take Thruway Exit 39. Follow 690 East and take Exit 16S Thompson Road South. Drive approximately 0.5 miles to Springfield Road. Turn right onto Springfield Road and the Thomas J. Niland Athletic Complex is the second driveway on the left.

From the New York State Thruway - Westbound:
Take Thruway Exit 35. Follow Thompson Road for approximately 3 miles. Turn right onto Springfield Road and the Thomas J. Niland Athletic Complex is the second driveway on the left.

From Interstate 81:
Take Interstate 81 to 690 East. Take Exit 16S Thompson Road South. Follow Thompson Road South for approximately 0.5 miles to Springfield Road. Turn right onto Springfield Road. The Thomas J. Niland Athletic Complex is the second driveway on the left.
